Waylon Tan
Founder & Managing Partner
Leads enterprise transformation and customer-centric strategy
Waylon Tan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Paxway Advisory, a consultancy focused on enabling organisations to drive transformation and build customer-centric capabilities.
He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in financial services, including C-suite roles at Etiqa Insurance Singapore, where he led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives spanning customer experience, service modernisation, and organisational change. His work has delivered measurable improvements in customer engagement, operational effectiveness, and business performance.
Waylon has a strong track record of translating strategy into execution, helping organisations navigate complexity and implement change at scale. His expertise spans business transformation, customer experience design, and embedding customer-first cultures across large organisations.
He recently completed the Digital Transformation & Change Management programme at Boston Consulting Group, graduating with Distinction.
Waylon holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science (Honours), and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI).
Patrick Ho

Drives growth and market expansion in healthcare and deep-tech
Patrick Ho is Co-Founder and Partner at Paxway Advisory, where he advises healthcare and deep-tech companies on strategic growth, market expansion, and business transformation.
He brings over 20 years of experience in the Asia-Pacific MedTech sector, with senior leadership roles at global organisations including Dexcom and Abbott Laboratories. He has led regional P&L portfolios, consistently delivered double-digit growth, and scaled revenues by fourfold within two years.
Patrick is recognised for securing Singapore’s first Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) reimbursement contract—an industry-first milestone that significantly advanced access to diabetes care and set a precedent for the region.
His experience spans commercial strategy, regulatory navigation, and market entry across Southeast Asia, including successful product registrations and regional expansion initiatives.
In addition to his corporate experience, Patrick serves as a Venture Mentor with NTU Innovates (GRIP), where he supports early-stage startups in business model development, investor engagement, and funding strategy—helping ventures secure up to SGD 250K in seed funding.
