Tan Waylon
Managing Partner
Waylon Tan is the Managing Partner and Founder of Paxway Advisory, a firm focused on helping organisations navigate transformation and strengthen their customer-centric capabilities.
With more than two decades of leadership experience in the financial services industry, Waylon previously held C-suite leadership roles at Etiqa Insurance Singapore, where he led enterprise-wide initiatives to drive business transformation and elevate customer experience. In this capacity, he championed strategies that strengthened customer engagement, modernised service delivery, and embedded a customer-first culture across the organisation.
Throughout his career, Waylon has been passionate about translating strategy into practical execution—helping organisations turn ideas into meaningful outcomes for both customers and the business. Inspired by this mission, he founded Paxway Advisory to support organisations seeking to navigate change and build stronger, more resilient businesses.
Waylon recently completed the Digital Transformation & Change Management (DTCM) programme at Boston Consulting Group, graduating with Distinction, further deepening his expertise in leading digital and organisational transformation.
As Paxway Advisory embarks on its journey, Waylon looks forward to working with business owners, senior leaders, and management teams to explore opportunities for transformation, strengthen customer experience, and unlock sustainable growth.
He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science (Honours), and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI).
Patrick Ho
Partner
Patrick Ho is Partner and Co-Founder of Paxway Advisory, where he collaborates with healthcare and deep-tech SMEs to drive strategic growth, market expansion, and sustainable business transformation.
With over 20 years of experience in the APAC MedTech sector, Patrick has held senior leadership roles at Dexcom and Abbott Laboratories, leading regional P&L responsibilities, delivering double-digit growth, and scaling revenues fourfold in just two years. He is notably recognized for securing Singapore’s first-ever Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) reimbursement contract, a milestone that reshaped diabetes care in the region.
Throughout his career, Patrick has combined corporate rigor with an SME mindset, helping organisations translate strategy into practical execution. As a Venture Mentor for NTU Innovates (GRIP), he has guided early-stage startups through business model validation, investor engagement, and grant applications—helping ventures secure up to SGD 250K in seed funding.
As Paxway Advisory embarks on its journey, Patrick looks forward to working with business owners and management teams to identify grants, navigate regulatory frameworks, expand regionally, and turn strategic opportunities into measurable growth.
